Artist Websites

To start our website, we looked at other artists websites to get some inspiration. Rita Ora's website is simple but effective, with a large picture of her as the focus point of the home page, with links to other pages along the top. There is no over complication- every page is straight to the point and fits to a colour scheme (red and white). These two colours compliment each other because the white makes the red stand out more, which attracts the viewers attention. With pages to her music, videos and merchandise, it makes accessabily easy for fans to buy authorised and official Rita Ora branded products. This is effective also as it creates a trust with the viwer, as it is an official website.
